"We are so happy with our floors they turned out amazing working with Michelle and her team was easy they were very transparent about what was done and how it was going to be done. Once we placed our deposit install came shortly after the guy knocked it out in a day and a half and his work was excellent, we couldn’t be happier with our floors and the work that he did. The custom flooring specialist gave our home what we needed and the perfect contrast for the house. Once again, we could not recommend them enough. "The key phrase here is "work-ethic". This is a company that takes pride in what they do, and for a good reason. Custom Flooring installed LVP and carpet throughout our house, designed and installed cabinets in our kitchen and vanities in three bathrooms, as well as a matching quartz countertop in the kitchen and bathrooms, and a backsplash and cables led lights in the kitchen. The work they did was excellent. The build materials were second to none. Randy and Roger worked tirelessly to ensure that the install was done quickly and correctly. Michelle kept the billing accurate and timely. These are craftsmen and women of old, not just installers; they do what they do well because they have a passion for it, and it is evident in the work they do. We needed a combination of carpeting and laminate installed, and wanted to have our floors refinished. I was so happy to find this one-stop, family-owned shop to help us! They really worked with us the whole time to make sure we felt comfortable with the pricing and quality of the work and we are SO HAPPY with the final product.  "Michelle and Kat were really easy to work with in scheduling our measurements and installation. And new carpet has made a world of difference in my mom's house. I wanted new carpet for the stairs to ensure they were safe but wow, I hadn't thought about either how old the old stuff was or how much a new pad and new carpet would make the whole house so much more livable.  "Michelle was great and really easy to communicate with over text, phone or email - which really makes the process smooth.  Our installation itself was super great. The team made it seem like a breeze. They worked around everything and made sure to protect our stuff and furniture as they went. Even as they moved the furniture onto the hardwood, they added felt pads to protect the floor. Our installation team even asked us questions as they went to make sure we were happy with how it was going or to see how we would want something installed that might be a big deal.  Very happy with the results and the process.
